Map Settings : Features
Hide The Search Form
Regardless of which SLP theme you use the search form can be turned on & off with a simple checkbox setting on the admin panel.
Precedence
- Theme / CSS – Theme settings and CSS settings that hide the search form always have the highest priority over search form display.
- hide_search_form Shortcode – The shortcode attribute always takes precedence over the Map Settings “Hide Search Form checkbox.
- Hide Search Form Setting – the map setting checkbox will have the weakest control over the search form.

Map Settings : Tags
Radio Button Tag Selector
Requires Pro Pack premium add-on.
Turn the tag selection pulldown into a radio-button list by checking off a box on the admin panel. Great for short tag lists.
Radio Button Auto-Submit
Requires Pro Pack premium add-on.
When using the radio button tag interface, auto-submit will immediate submit the form when a user selects a new tag. Combine with the “Hide Find Locations button” from the Pro Pack and other “hide” options from Store Locator Plus to create a simpler search interface.

Ability to change the label for the first entry in the city pulldown.

Requires Pro Pack premium add-on.

Requires Pro Pack premium add-on.
Ability to change the label for the first entry in the state pulldown.

hide_search_form
New in Version 0.4 (requires SLP 3.8.10)
The hide_search_form shortcode attribute now allows you to turn the search form on & off on a per-page basis.
[STORE-LOCATOR-PLUS hide_search_form="true"] to hide the search form.
[STORE-LOCATOR-PLUS hide_search_form="false"] to show the search form.

Download & Install
Enhanced Search is an “unlocked” product, meaning there is no license key. When you complete your purchase you will be provided with a download link for the zip file. To install:
- Make sure you have Store Locator Plus installed.
- Login to your site as a site administrator.
- Select “Plugins / Add New” on the admin sidebar.
- Select “Upload” and choose your newly downloaded file.
- Activate.
