I have just started with hosting support forums on this site.   Eventually ALL support will happen at the forums here instead of at WordPress.    I have a lot more control over the user experience, including search options.   I’ve found the WordPress forums work well, but searching for topics specific to my plugins is problematic.  As such users tend to post the same questions that were answered many times before.   Hopefully the new forums will help.

You can interact with other community members and get free support via the forums. I do NOT provide free email support. If you need advice or help and do not want to use a paid support option, these forums are the best way to receive a response.  I monitor the forums regularly and often answer questions within a day-or-two unless I am on vacation or have guests visiting, which happens frequently living in Charleston South Carolina.
